Chrysalis Coaching Package
Customized, individual coaching for new mamas. This includes a 75-minute initial consult and 6 bi-weekly 75-minute sessions (45-minutes of coaching and 30-minute energy healing). Email and text support is available in between sessions. This coaching program supports mamas as they navigate their new identity as a parent, tap into their innate wisdom, connect to ways they can nourish themselves at the same time caring for others and embrace motherhood on their terms. Customized, individual coaching for women of color nonprofit leaders. This coaching program supports women of color nonprofit leaders to identify core values and personal vision, lead with integrity and recognize areas of misalignment, and gain clarity on how they want to fully step into their role as transformational leaders in their work, relationships, and communities. Laser Coaching
Single Breakthrough Coaching Session (for existing clients)
This is a one-time, 30-minute, laser-focused coaching session for existing clients. This session gets to the core of your situation, sets a goal, addresses the main block, creates a concrete plan of action and accountability. Simply put, it is asking where you are, what's stopping you, and where do you want to go from here? Energy Exchange: $144/session

Monthly Subscription Package
An ongoing monthly subscription includes one initial 60-minute consult, two 45-minute monthly coaching sessions and two 30-minute energy healing sessions. This is ideal for clients that have longer-term goals and/or want continuous coaching support beyond the signature packages. You can end the subscription at any time. Energy Exchange: $500/monthly

Energy Healing Session (Distance)**
This is a 60-minute energy healing session that uses a combination of modalities including "no touch" technique, guided meditation and visualization, vocal toning, singing bowls, and crystals. The goal of each session is stress reduction and relaxation that promotes overall healing. These modalities are based on the idea of an unseen "universal life energy" that flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. By raising the vibration to the highest level in each chakra and removing blockages, one can fully tap into our own innate wisdom and ability to self-heal. I personalize each session to the needs of the client working to heal their physical, mental, emotional and spiritual selves all simultaneously.
